Flow Studio: A Movement & Wellness Sanctuary in Boise, ID

Our program invites you to step outside your comfort zone and invest in yourself as you embark on the journey of a lifetime. We go beyond mere academic study, guiding you to bring yoga practices to life both on and off the mat.

Throughout the training, you'll dive deep into the essence of yoga, discovering its true meaning and uncovering your unique gifts and voice as a teacher. Rooted in Vinyasa style yoga, our curriculum explores anatomy in relation to functional movement and physiology, meditation, pranayama, the history of yoga, as well as the energetics and sister science of yoga, Ayurveda.

We're passionate about movement and dedicate a significant portion of the training to understanding the body and movement mechanics and energetics.  From anatomy and injury prevention to asana breakdown and teaching techniques, we provide a comprehensive foundation for your journey.

And beyond movement, we recognize yoga as a path to self-discovery and personal growth. Our experienced faculty, with over 45 years of collective teaching experience, brings a diverse range of expertise to guide you through this transformative process.

We're here to support you every step of the way and can't wait to welcome you with open arms to our training. Get ready to embark on a journey of empowerment and discovery—we're excited to meet you!
